Our Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course trains students on the tools and techniques of the DMAIC Cycle (Define, Analyse, Improve, Measure, and Control) for Process Improvement. This course will teach you how to use MINITAB 16, which helps in analysing your data with any statistical software. A complete compilation of graphs and statistics give students all the required insight they need to improve the processes using this Six Sigma certification.

Tailored to your specific needs, Fly-Me-A-Trainer allows our experts to conduct face-to-face training at your premises. We supply all the necessary literature and content, dependent on the training, and can also deliver cloud-based labs to the classroom for each student to have hands-on experience with the content and tools available.
This option requires a minimum of 10 students per course, and is run over 4 – 5 full days, with lunch and coffee breaks available.
