A Six Sigma Black Belt certification does not expire, mainly because there is no accreditation board that governs the certification process. It is entirely the perception of the certifying organisation. Thus a Black Belt, a Green Belt, and a Yellow Belt are as good as the knowledge you derive from having gone through the learning process.
