Course Overview
During this two-day course you will learn to:
• Apply SAFe for Teams to scale Lean and Agile development in your enterprise
• Know your team and its role on the Agile Release Train
• Know all other teams on the train, their roles, and the dependencies between the
teams
• Plan iterations
• Execute iterations and demonstrate value
• Plan Program Increments
• Integrate and work with other teams on the train

We offer a SAFe® 5 Scrum Master training. Our batch of SAFe® 5 Scrum Master courses is specifically designed for you considering your busy schedule. Our online live SAFe® 5 Scrum Master program will be a combination of great content provided by the Scaled Agile and trainer-participants experience by creating a facilitated environment to create a good learning experience for the class. Our SAFe® 5 Scrum Master virtual live sessions are delivered via a Cisco Webex platform that is completely secured and password-protected. To make the session more interactive, we prefer different breakout rooms for various activities and the chat option is also available in case you want to ask any questions from the experts.

While our convenient instructor-led online training works for many of our customers, our Fly-Me-A-Trainer option may be a better choice for those businesses with several employees embarking on training with us.
Tailored to your specific needs, Fly-Me-A-Trainer allows our experts to conduct face-to-face training at your premises. We supply all the necessary literature and content, dependent on the training, and can also deliver cloud-based labs to the classroom for each student to have hands-on experience with the content and tools available.
This option requires a minimum of 10 students per course, and is run over 4 – 5 full days, with lunch and coffee breaks available.

Mr. RAMESH GUPTA (Business Excellence trainer with Power Track)
Mr Ramesh Gupta, B Tech IIT Kanpur, MTech is an Ex IAF Officer with more than three decades of professional experience in Project Management, QualityAssurance, teaching and training.
His key training projects at Power Track include organizations like J P Morgan Chase, Citibank, Volvo, Schneider Electric, Invensys, GMR Infrastructure, Michelin. He has worked in companies located in India and USA. He has held key positions and was Head of Department at MIT Pune. Training Manager at San Francisco, California, USA.
